Both Cuidiu and La Leche League operate telephone counselling services for mothers looking for information and support. You can call any volunteer listed online in any area for phone support.
Cuidiu Breastfeeding Counsellors and La Leche League Leaders are mothers who have breastfed their own children and who have undergone an extensive 2 year training course with regular updates of their training.
